Foamrider is of the Pinaki. He is not longer than an average human's knee, has big eyes, spindly limbs, and large, flat feet, like the rest of his kind. The small Pinaki man carries a spear and moves with agile ease, more leaping than walking. He lives at the island of Tiba Tiba as a warrior and is described as being stout.
Master of the Phantom Isle
When Seth arrived at Tiba Tiba, Foamrider, along with Stoneturner and Starbreaker, greeted him and lead him to their village in order for him to be tried by their elder.
