Raj Faranah is a Talking Tiger and the current leader of the Zowali Protectorate. In Wrath of the Dragon King he was invited but unable to attend the Feast of Welcome and sent Creya the Eagle to attend in his stead.
He welcomes Kendra Sorenson when she arrives in the Zowali Protectorate, seeking help and surprises Kendra with a Stingbulb replica of Patton Burgess.
